To help our patients deal with their insurance companies, we bill insurance companies for our services directly from our office. This includes private insurance, workman’s compensation insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Patients who are represented by an attorney will need a signed credit agreement to receive treatment. In addition to this, a letter of lien will be filed with your attorney guaranteeing payment for our services.

Co-pays and deductibles will be verified by our office and will be due at the time of treatment.
